He charged way to much. Las Vegas, NV Las Vegas, NV This person came to my house to hang some curtain rods, medicine cabinets, ceiling fan ect.... He was argumentative just about everything I asked him to do. He always had an answer why he did like this or like that after you specifically gave him direction on how you would like it done. My house was a war zone. Every room he was in has nails, plastic wraps, boxes and God knows what else he had to use. He stepped on my furniture with his boots when he had a ladder.

His work is to be desired. I ended up with multiple holes for a curtain rod because he couldn't do it right. I had to pick up and clean the mess he made at my place. Stay away from this person. He was rude, disrespectful and arrogant. By the way his service is not cheap plus he treats his customers and elderly like his servants.

Contractors in Sioux Falls, SD cool change and repair Select your appointment type and time:Becky, I'm amazed you decided to leave this review after failing to answer your phone numerous times or respond to any texts I sent. When I last talked with you, it was after you gave me the go-ahead to respond to an emergency plumbing call I recieved (shortly after speaking with you) before coming to your house. At that time you seemed to understand why I was trying to get to them first. It was a busted water line that was leaking onto hardwood floors and they didn't know how to shut-off the water. The humming noise in your dishwasher is not near as urgent as an active leak.

I am sorry, but being an on-call plumber requires me to help people with emergencies at any time. It is not always convenient. I've been woken up during the middle of the night many times to help people in need. When emergency leaks are called in, it's all I can do to get back on track afterwards. I do apologize for the inconvenience this call caused you, but, you also told me to not worry about it because you were hanging out at home all day anyways with no plans. I told you I would get it fixed for them as fast as possible and then head your way if it wasn't too late for you by then. I did everything I could to fix the leak quickly but it still took an hour or so. I called you to let you know I was almost finished with the leak repair and you ignored my call on the second ring. I called again and you let it ring, so I left a voicemail updating you on my status. A half-hour later, I called again and no answer so I sent a text saying I would now be heading your way and asked you to please confirm.

You sent me your address and I typed it into my GPS. You were located 48 minutes from my current location and over and hour from my house. Earlier when we spoke you told me you were only a "few minutes" from I-485. This was very misleading. You live very far away from 485 , my guess is at least 20 miles from the closest exit. I called you to let you know that I must have misunderstood what you said about your location and you ignored my call on the third ring. So, I left a voicemail again, politely asking you to call me back so I can make sure I was given the correct address. I did state in the voicemail if that was really how far away you lived to please do me a favor and call me back so we can discuss our options. In hindsight, I now think you only wanted me out there because you just wanted the free diagnosis I said I could offer. You said your boyfriend probably damaged the dishwasher by "messing" with the shut-off valves under the sink while trying to repair your faucet. I had a feeling you might want me to tell you what was wrong with the dishwasher for free, so he could attempt to fix it afterwards.

Upon realizing how far away you were I have been able to put two and two together and figure out what you were trying to do. Basically, you wanted to get a free diagnosis from a plumber, but you knew that would never happen seeing has how you live way out in the country and nobody would come that far for free. So, you would lie about your distance to get someone to come out there and then wouldn't answer your phone when they realized how far it was. You likely just assumed they wouldn't risk getting a bad review for not showing up and come out anyways. However, I have experienced people just wanting a free diagnosis, and that's fine with me, so long as they aren't too far away. I don't mind helping people who just want me to look at something so they can decide what to do. But after the way you handled this I am left no choice but to think you were only trying to get me to waste time and gas so you could get your boyfriend to fix the dishwasher after my free diagnosis. Like I stated, that's fine with me if the person is honest about their location.
