He came out to give me a quote for gutter work on Monday and it was fixed on Tuesday. Better than I ever anticipated. I even had him give me a quote for my basement the same day! Mike was very easy to schedule with. He & his crew arrived on time and completed the jobs for the quoted estimate. Work included replacing slate tiles on porch, repair of cracked marble hearth and replacement of dry rotted exterior trim. Mike and his guys do a fine job and were a pleasure to work with. Although our kitchen and office renovation took longer than usual due to circumstances beyond their control (ie the house needing to be brought up to code before they installed our appliances, me deciding to install a farmer's sink instead of a standard sink which required more time) Mark and his crew always did everything they could to help us. Mark, Mike, Frank and other members of the Samson crew went over and beyond in trying to complete each phase of the renovation on time so we could finish the project as quickly as possible and also keep our home safe during the renovation for our 2 year old son. We will definitely use Samson Handyman Service in the future and will continue to recommend them to our family and friends! We are repeat customers of Metro Handyman because Mike and his crew are wonderful to work with. He has done several projects for us in the past year. He has replaced and installed new attic steps, replaced rotten wood, installed gutter guards, done electrical work, added a new bathroom, interior painting, etc. and we already have his next project planned.

Mike, and the other 2 Mikes are trustworthy, honest, and hardworking. They do a great job communicating and showing up when they promise. I did not receive it for whatever reason, but did receive the 2nd re-send this morning. Mike did a great job repairing rotted wood siding, installing new gutters, figuring out drainage problems and relaxing the floating floor that had swelled due to this summer's wetness. Best of all, Mike was a man of his word - showing up when scheduled, keeping in touch. I've known good contractors who simply don't show when they say they will. Mike set a time, gave a quote, got to work, and finished just as he said he would. He and the other two Mikes were a pleasure to be around and Mike seems to know his stuff. I will use this crew again for sure. Mike and crew worked on my deck, replacing siding as well as doing some painting.

I told him he couldn't see it from the ground - he would need a ladder. He said he would come by after the completed a job they were working on that was using all their ladders. I never heard from them again.We are in the middle of three whole house exterior paints and the ladders were tied up, but that is no excuse.
