Tenants didn't feel secure in their home. Project became a little more complicated when because the stoop/step outside was higher than the opening. Door is installed from the outside in. This required climbing in the attic, sifting through blown in insulation, 20" deep, removing the fan located "right next to the attic furnace". Lowering the fan through hole, to disconnect in a more comfortable location.
