I'm ready to do both your fence jobs. Type your response to this review. With all do respect Ms. Unger, what you wrote for this review is so dishonest I could believe what is was reading. Ms. Unger purchased the wrong Windows after I told her exactly what was needed. When they arrived on was damaged and had a factory defect. I glad my son was with me on this entire project to witness all interactions with Ms. Unger. Truth be told she was now stuck with her purchase of the wrong Windows. Since she couldn't get her money back she said to go ahead and install. If you look at my pictures in my profile you'll see several pictures of the nice job that was done on her white vinyl sliding glass door.

It works just fine. I bid labor only on my job. I don't purchase customer materials but Will will go shopping and transport the materials. Ms. Unger was upset cause I wouldn't do her shopping, she refused any help. I let her know this but insisted I get her materials. Since her Windows were not the correct replacements our deal now had changed labor wise. When I let her know this is not what I bid on she became jostle. I knew then that this will not end well no matter what. I did install both her Windows and they worked just fine. Again glad my son was there every day. Some people you just can't please in this world. Ms. Unger is one of these people unfortunately. When she would not pay for all the extra work that came with ordering the wrong windows. I then had to make a business decision. I kept her informed on a daily basis and have all her text that show just how dishonest her review is. I normally wouldn't respond to dishonesty but these phony reviews really hurt my business. Even though I've won awards 2 years in a row.

Its the bad review that people read, just human nature. So for all my customers who know me and my work will know that Ms. Unger Couldnt be more dishonest with this rediculous review. Pictures tell a thousand words. I welcome any customer to view this installation in my profile. One more thing, this job came from a referral from one of my best customers whom I did a complete home remodel for. Please read the review in my profile left by a Mr Daniel Lepe and what he had to say about my skill set. No worries Danniel its not your fault for what she has done buddy. I might be a little Leary of your next referral though, lol. Like I said unfortunately there's just some people who are just dishonest.
