For any visit lasting less than 30 minutes there is no labour charge. For customers in receipt of a means tested benefit such as full council tax benefit, guaranteed pension credit or housing benefit the labour charge is waived. Minor adaptations - customers referred directly from a Social Care professional or a Hospital Discharge Team will have materials and labour charges waived. In all circumstances, any work which may be chargeable would be discussed fully with the customer prior to any work being carried out on their behalf.
