Definitely alive and well. Going broke due to health insurance? Corruption throughout the system? Police officers being murdered? We've got that on lock. Being discriminated against for your religion, political views, sexual orientation, race? That's been going on. Rape, murder, violence, riots.. all going on and has been. I've seen people go as far as hate speech because "what will this do to the gay community?" you still get to be gay, you still get to be a boy, or a girl, or a boy girl, or if you self identify as a house you can still tell people you're a house. And that's not mockery, because apparently that's a real thing. I don't really care what you are, but what I do know is there are FAR bigger issues than this.

So tell me, what are you scared of that is not already happening basically everywhere? This isn't a Trump problem, this is a people problem. Y'all need to reevaluate your own selves.. Maybe America is a little too scared and a little too easily offended. Quit being scared, crying around, offended by everything.. step up and do your part as an American, no, as a damn human being. Treat others with respect, help and encourage one another, raise your kids right, be a contributing member of society. Make sure your hands are clean, that's your job. Burning the American flag? Get out of here with that crap, how about you do your job to make it a better place. But right now, all I see is hate. It's disturbing, and the ones with the most hate are being exactly what they claim to be against. Jon @ Jon's handyman servicesJon's Handyman services shared their post.Jon's Handyman servicesI know you havent heard much about it since the media isn't showing a lot of information in regards to this. Please allow me to fill you in on the situation and... give you some facts. The DAPL is a pipeline that is set to go thru North and South Dakota, Iowa and ending up in Illinois.

In July 2014 the people affected by these areas were informed of the pipeline. In January of 2015 Dakota Access filed a permit with the Iowa Utility Board (IUB) and the permit was approved in March of 2015, which included the use of eminant domain (the power of the state or national gov. to take privately owned property and use it for public use). Dakota Access LLC intends on installing a perminate 50ft easement and upto 150 ft construction right of way for the pipeline. As of 2014 it was projected that the pipeline will carry in excess of 450,000 barrels of hydro-fracked (Millions of gallons of water, sand, and chemicals pumped underground to break apart the rock and release the gas) crude oil to their plant in Illinois. This affects these people on the reservation in South Dakota and North Dakota because where they are trying to set up this pipeline is through the only water source on the reservation. This land was given to them in January of 1868 as part of the Fort Laramie Treaty. And since then the government has been giving them a raw hand in life.

Now these ppl are fighting for their land and their rights to this land. This doesn't just affect the native people in their lands, but all the people along this river. This river flows over the Ogallala Aquifer which covers 8 states and is the main source of water for farms and ranchers all the way down And that is where i come in. I am a direct desendant of the Lakota Sioux Tribe. These are my People in need of help. And that is why i am coming to you about this. They are in need of help. I am looking to gather donations for them. I have spoken to my cousin in South Dakota and she told me that they are in need to camping and cooking supplies, along with coolers, diapers, medical suppilies, food, water, toilet paper and so forth. From what i have been able to keep up on this whole thing, at one point their were given a couple 500 gallon drums with water and portapottys which from what i have read has been taken away. Tribes from all over the United States has gone to South Dakota to stand with the Lakota against this pipeline.
