The Seguin Main Street Program coordinates programs designed to encourage investment and revitalization of the downtown area. This includes a Low Interest Loan Program, the FIX-IT Façade Grant Program, 10% and 20% Federal Tax Credits,  a Five-year Local Tax Abatement on Improvements and waiver of most permit fees.

Free Architectural Design Assistance from the Texas Main Street Program provides member cities with free design services for façade improvements for buildings located in the downtown historic district. Conceptual drawings of buildings with advice on paint colors, signage, and remodeling are available. All requests for design assistance are coordinated through the Seguin Main Street Program office.
