We (7 friends and I) just spent a 5 days in Hoi An and had all our laundry done by Miss Phuoc. Her laundry is opposite the exit drive of the Sunrise Resort. Everything was returned perfect, super clean and always with a huge smile. cost was around $2 per kilo - so cheap for such great service. We have just had our washing done by the same Lady who has been excellent, the clothes all fresh and clean smell lovely well ironed and very grateful for your business, the drink on sale is a good price too and so is the range of t shirts she has on sale, give her a go, if not the big boys will put this small family business on the street.

Two first time posters, 6 months apart, giving rave reviews? The service may be good but the reports tend to indicate some collusion! Every single laundry in Hoi An does this for the same price, and with the same result. We had 3 or 4 to choose from outside Emerald, all apparently as good as each other, although our hotel staff did direct us to one (probably related). Clothes came back exactly as described above. So really our Miss Phuoc is pretty much par for the course in Hoi An, and ther's hundreds of others just like her. I haven't stayed in a hotel in Viet Nam that doesn't have laundry service....what's the fuss? I have used outside laundry services on occasion to help a small family business but it's always about the same everywhere. If you're in a multi star hotel, laundry is usually very expensive. Just this afternoon I was waiting for a friend outside Nha Trang Center when some Russians happened by. They were asking a bunch of taxi drivers for directions to a laundry.

I saved them from what would probably have been a long taxi ride by pointing up the road where I'd just passed a giặt ủi sign. Just returned from Vietnam and Myanmar. We used Viet Hue at 400 Cua Dai Road Hoi An for our laundry. The cost was a reasonable $1 US per kilo wash and iron. The end result could not be faulted lovely and clean, well ironed and neatly folded. They also do great food which is also reasonably priced and drinks. 2 places mentioned in this post Ranked of 397 Shopping in Hoi An We used two places for laundry opposite the Sunrise Hoi An, whilst both were very good with the clothes smelling fresh and well ironed Mis Pheuc was the cheapest so why go elsewhere? In addition she has a small shop selling various clothes and drinks, my wife tried on a particular dress which she liked but found it was too short so Miss Pheuc arranged to have her sister make one for her which we picked up the following day-all for the pricely sum of between £4 & £5. Miss Pheuc is a very friendy lady as are all the restaurant, shop and laundry owners opposite the Sunrise Hoi An and they are well worth a visit but particularly Miss Pheuc who is an absolutely charming person.

The welcome by reception staff, welcome drink, explanation of services including map with details and personalised greeting by Christian, Manager of Guest Services, who gave us a tour of our room, was fabulous! We loved our up-graded room ( as a result of my Gold status as an Accor member)!! To see the way staff completed the "turn down service" each evening was incredible. They were so courteous, meticulous and thorough. We absolutely loved our stay here!! A short walk along the river to the Japanese Bridge and the "old town" had us positioned well for our stay. In fact we wished we had booked more nights during the World Wide Sale! We loved the size of the pool, being lap swimmers before breakfast. The pool has some damaged tiling which will need attention soon and given the beautiful, decorative lotus flower patterning, this will be a challenge. Fabulous breakfast with wonderful staff. Short walk along the river to the ancient town and Japanese Bridge. Courtesy transport to An Bang beach and a bag packed with beach towels was terrific.

Would definitely stay here again if I return to Hoi an. It is far enough out of the hustle and bustle of the town centre but also an easy walk to all the best shops, restaurants and attractions. Happy hour drinks at the River Bar are available from 17:00 to 19:00 hours. « wonderful hotel » professional staffs with good command of English, and warmly welcomed any requests before and after my staying there. One thing I strongly recommend Mgallery Hoi An is that, you should allocate or hire staffs in F&B in dinner time. I am not sure whether they are busy in normal or not. But based on my feeling during two days there, they looked like Superman without any chance to take a small tiny break and I had to wait more times to be prepared my dishes. I alsolutely do not want to make feel down of your staffs, but hope them cheer up. In the meantime, good designed pool, good spa, fitness center and others. Strongly recommend and believe that Mgallery Hoi An may be the best hotel for a couple wants take a rest in calm, not just in Hoi An, including Da Nang.
