It is completely off the grid. So far I have installed a solar system to power the house. All of the lighting is LED 12v and draws 7watts per bulb. I had to mortise the lockset and the hinges in. Then apply a finish. The doors have interchangeable window and screen inserts.A nice little patio refresh.
