Cons Pay sucks, they promise you 40 hours a week but you never get close to that. Owner treats employees like crap. Nobody likes him but they pretend to so they don't get fired. Everyone sucks up to him and he also drinks everyday when he works and acts like he knows everything. All he and the office people do are complain and criticize you, they are never appreciative. David might be the worst owner/ boss I've ever had Advice to Management Stop being so negative and someone for the love of god tell David he should work from home and not talk to anyone at the company Is this helpful?

Cons Hired to answer the phones 6 years ago, and have since ran the entire business basically yet continue to get paid the price of a secretary basically. They take advantage of you, expect you to run the business completely while they go to conferences, and vacation yet still only pay you for your normal 40 hours. When confronting about pay they tell you to go flip burgers basically if you don't like it, because to them paying you more is more out of their pockets. The owner is an idiot, doesn't know anything about construction so he underbids everything, and the customers even laugh at him. He does not understand how run a company either. Advice to Management Happy employees make you more money, then pissed off employees. Cons Manager's should be more descriptive about the repair/installation so the TECH'S don't look completely unprofessional and looking like Uncle RUBEN!!!
