He took my concerns seriously about the work to be done before proceeding with the job. The job was well done and within the estimated time. We are very satisfied with his work. We would likely request John for future work. When I called Handyman Connection, I spoke to a very kind gentleman that asked exactly I was looking for. He made sure the person who was going to come to my place was someone that had knowledge in the various little things that needed to be fixed in my house. The nice feature this company has, is the picture and email you receive before the person comes to your place so you know it's safe and legit. Nathan, was very knowledgeable, friendly and worked around my hours that was very helpful.
