He's very approachable that you can ask questions about other subjects that you may need fixing and he's willing to take the time to talk to you about it. This time, I called him back to install a replacement bedroom window and repair some decorative columns inside in our basement. Ron is always very responsive when you call. In addition to that I had a list of items for him to do, which I thought he would come back to do, since this was last minute. He completed everything the same day. He is neat and cleans up after every job, and is thorough. I already have another list started and will hire him again. Have also recommended him to my neighbor.ShareFlag05/19/2016Called Ron when my back door fell off the hinges. It was an easy fix for him, the door was re-hung on the spot with larger hinge screws. Ron also replaced the striker plate and heal pad for a better seal. When I have need for another house repair, I will not hesitate to contact him. I have already recommended him to my cousin. He returned my initial call promptly and came out to do the job within 24 hours.

He was friendly and professional. I already have plans to use him again. Would definitely recommend him highly. As a follow-up to this review-I called Ron a few days later since the faucet seemed not quite right. Once again, he came out the same day. Turned out the new faucet was defective. Ron replaced it immediately, no charge. Great response to my initial call and just as great a response to my follow-up call, again proving he is a responsible, reliable guy who backs up his work.I had Ron out again March 24, 2016 to do a few small jobs. Again, his response to my initial call was immediate and he came out the next day to do the work. He is an excellent reliable contractor who, unlike so many other contractors, is just as responsive when you call him for a second or third job as he is the first time you use him.
