The hotel was really beautiful and the customer service was out of this world. The property was incredible and had way more on-site features that I didn't expect such as gym facilities, on-site paddle/kayak rentals, bike rentals, restaurants, coffee bar and more.

All the staff that I came in contact from the restaurants to security and front desk were all really amazing and extremely hospitable. My only real complaint was that the walls in the Tower (the newest area of the hotel) were paper thin. I mean you can hear basic conversations going on and even hear people using the restroom which was pretty disturbing. I highly recommend bringing ear plugs as you will need them if you expect to get any kind of sleep. The first room I was in they had to move me because my neighbours were extremely loud - then the second room was equally as loud so I had no choice but to put up with the noise. The room could have been cleaned better. You could see areas which were missed and each morning I spent time killing several silver fish in the shower that managed to crawl up through the pipes. Would have been nice to have a microwave in the room - as a result if I wanted to eat anything hot I was forced to dine all week at restaurants. Other than that had a great time.
