Now I need to find someone with a Contractors License to do the jobs I find, I'm in my 60's and really not ready to go out and try to compete with people years younger , but I am able to use my skills and experience to find jobs for them. The Wall paid me commissions for any work I found for them and paid for the door hangers my crews passed out. I have a way of getting Radio and TV coverage for free creating even more exposure. If in the event that the need for a larger crew is created by increased business I can also provide potential laborers from my distribution teams (the ones that show up to make money are the ones I refer if they can't pass out flyers they aren't worth hiring.
