Areas of damage to be addressed for repair include, but are not limited to: exterior, interior, crawl spaces, first and second floor areas of the structure. The Home Services Service Professional must have basic knowledge of trim, sheetrock installation, framing and structural repair as well as knowledge of the safe handling of tools and equipment used in repairs.
Essential Functions:Setting and keeping appointments with Arrow's customers. Must be able to interpret warranty requirements, and advise the customer of the work to be performed.Must be able to complete the work in a timely fashion and in a manner safe to the employee and the customer and his/her propertyAbility to interact with other Arrow employees, especially administrative personnel who will supply account history and instructions, managers and supervisors. Be able to follow written and oral directions as regards the completion of the project assigned to the employee.Must be able to operate, use and understand safeguards of equipment that includes: reciprocating saws, circular saws, drills, routers, sanders, heat guns, hand tools, ladders, etc.Maintain proper records of all work performed, and safely use and properly maintain all Arrow tools, equipment and vehicles in the care of the employee.Customer relations: must be able to communicate to the customer how the repairs will be performed and what the outcome of the handyman is expected to be.
Should be able to answer all questions on repairs asked by the customer. At all times, to present him/herself in a professional manner.Must know the biology of termites specific to the locale; be able to identify the various types of damage (insect, termite, water) and building practices (construction types) that may affect termite treatments.
