Drivers are advised to verify the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) on their registration and insurance card is correct. Insurance companies will report required policy information to the Department of Revenue. Drivers will not be required to submit proof of insurance unless the verification process does not confirm insurance coverage. Little over 2 hours later, I got my jump, then told to pay $30. Waited over 2 hours and spent $30 for what I could have called a friend for and gotten for free and in less time! No thanks Lee's Auto. Should have told me up front you don't work with the dealer. I will have to say I am very disappointed with the customer service, the man whom she dealt with was very rude to her and he was rude to me over the phone. My daughter was only running the errand for me and did not deserve to be treated with such disrespect. In a very nasty tone over the phone, he told me that I had to bring the van in when it was having a problem for them to diagnose it.

He then proceeded to blow the horn in the phone to show me that he couldn't hear any unusual sounds when it was blown. My reply to him was that on 6/6 and on 6/7 it was having problems. When I called him on 6/7, he told me to bring it in the next morning (6/8). There was no way to know that the problem would not be there the next day. He raised his voice to both me and my daughter and acted very put out that we even brought the van there in the first place. , I was looking forward to getting to the root cause of my problem with my van, boy was I wrong. So, this much is for sure, I will NOT be going back there. It was $35 for an oil change, which I guess is slightly above average.

Most places I've been to also rotate tires, top off my fluids, and use a synthetic oil blend for the same price.
