The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Swimming in the pool surrounded by lemon trees, in beautiful warm sunshine at the beginning of May was wonderful. I greatly appreciated the thoughtfulness of bringing me a birthday cake on my special day at the evening meal. The hotel shuttle made it easy to get to the train station for our day trips. I would definitely recommend this hotel and send our sincere thanks to the management and staff for the warm welcome, attention to detail and my birthday cake! The reception staff was very hospitable, warm, knowledgeable and helpful; they gave us excellent service and provided maps and directions with recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. We liked our room which was spacious, spotless and well maintained. We had a big comfortable king size bed. The breakfast buffet selection is extraordinary with a great service. The lobby is large with live music 3 evenings a week. There is a free parking at the hotel. The hotel shuttle was a treat. It ran on the hour until 23:00 from the hotel to Sorrento center.
