Real Estate, for me, started in 1979.  At that time I formed a Corporation that built speculation homes and custom homes.  We ventured out into the custom home market for a total of 4 homes that were pre-sold and built to customer standards.  During that time we built homes from West Laramie to Alta Vista.  After this phase of building we ventured into strictly speculation homes.  All of the homes that were built during this era, 28 to be exact, were specifically listed through the brokerage that is now CENTURY 21 Associated Brokers.  In the mid 1980's, the housing market took a tumble and being exposed to real estate as much as I was, I decided to acquire my real estate license in 1989.  I practiced under the existing broker for a period of 3 years and at the conclusion of that time I acquired my Broker License. 

In 1992, I had the opportunity to buy the Brokerage and start practicing on my own with the help of five other agents.  Over the years we established a presence in the Laramie marketplace and in the Laramie public eye.  We hosted public events and our best contribution was the CENTURY 21 Junior Golf Tournament.  Being one of the first businesses in Laramie to sponsor this event and we held this tournament for a period of 10 years.  In 2010, we sold the Brokerage to, our then Office Manager and Professional Consultant, Amber Cross.  She agreed to keep me employed in the business as a Broker Associate and all around nice guy.  I love the challenges that real estate has to offer and since I've been in the business for over 30 years, I have seen and made many changes to the business in our little corner of the world.  There are no real estate challenges that are too big for me or my experience.  If you don't believe that, just ask me.  I am your most qualified Realtor in Laramie and Albany County.

Catherine Black-Ward comes to CENTURY 21 Associated Brokers with a diverse background.  She holds a degree in Environmental Biology and came from northern Wyoming to Laramie to study Anthropology at UW as a non-traditional student.  Living in Laramie the last 18 years has been enriching, with multiple opportunities to learn, work, and grow. Catherine loves spending time with her extended family and enjoys her childrens’ and grandchildrens’ activities.  In her spare time, Catherine spins wool and other fibers into interesting yarns for knitting and weaving. Robin grew up in Pennsylvania and graduated from Penn State with a degree in Earth Sciences/Geology.  She has lived in Laramie for over 20 years, raising two children and working as a paralegal. 

With an almost-empty nest, Robin decided to pursue her interest in real estate and obtain her Real Estate Sales Associate License.  Now a part of the CENTURY 21 Associated Brokers team, Robin enjoys working closely with clients and customers to make their home buying and selling experiences a success. Jaci graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, and she is the youngest member of the team at CENTURY 21 Associated Brokers. Falling in love with the tight knit community, the Poke pride, and the breath-taking views all around the state, Jaci decided to make Laramie, WY her permanent home. Jaci grew up on a ranch in eastern Colorado where she observed her dad sell real estate for 17 years- and going on more- and became captivated with the industry. She has also worked in real estate as an office and marketing assistant for 2 years previously, primarily focusing on large ranches and recreational properties.
