Just because this HomeDepot is the closest to my house I go there once in a while;however, I choose not to buy anything major, I choose to drive 10 more minutes to Warren Lowe's if and whenever I can.Because of NUMEROUS very unpleasant treatments received from workers at this particular HomeDepot. If anything needed from specifically HomeDepot, go to the one in Fredonia or Erie. If any big box home improvement store would do, I go to Lowe's in Warren. Lakewood/Jamestown HomeDepot will go out of business if Lowe's opened up in Chautauqua Mall or anywhere nearby.
Last week I was helped around by one associate for like an hour because I had a really long list The isle that I needed to access was gated so I I went to buy some new saw blades and drill bits. Out of the bits I needed. The plumbing isle was still gated with no activity in progress. I went to the self-check out to pay for my blades and the terminals were screwed up. I have used these check outs often, and the chances of getting them to work without assistance is 50/50. Needed to stop in and get a 100' tape measure for a project I was in the middle of. Was happy that the store had multiple options shown on the website and were in stock at the store.
