James was very thorough with all aspects of our sale. Very happy with everything. James achieved a very good result for us in much less time than we anticipated. He was very professional in his approach to all aspects of the sale of our land. We have used James twice now & wouldn't hesitate to recommend him as we a very happy with his performance. Thank you to you and your team at LJ Hooker Camden for making our experience an enjoyable one, based on which - I would confidently recommend you to anyone looking for a Real Estate Agent. Bill & Susan Rooney I have met my fair share of Real Estate Agents, but not one at the level that you & your team are at. Your experience & expertise in the local area is what confirmed my choice. I found Miriam to be extremely helpful and support during the whole sales process, for me selling my home was a very stressful process.
She greatly helped me through the sale process. I am writing to thank you for the excellent level of customer service and professionalism that you provided as agents for my property. We were satisfied with all aspects of your contact with us. Opponents waged a text message campaign, decapitated pigs' heads were erected at the site and extremist protest websites appeared accusing Islam of propagating "horrific warlike child abusing values".The Quranic Society Dar Tahfez El-Quran bought the block for $1.38 million in 2005 and lodged a development application for a combined primary and high school. Camden Council refused it in 2008. The society went to the Land and Environment Court where, in 2009, Commissioner Graham Brown refused it.Mr Brown found it was not suitable for the "rural character of the locality" and that the proposal "detracts from the (area's) rural character".During the case, residents from the town, calling themselves "Camdenites", pleaded with the court to take their fears seriously. In a submission, Camden's local heads of Baptist, Anglican, Presbyterian and the Evangelical Sisters of Mary churches said: "'Islam is not simply a private religion. It is driven by a powerful political agenda, it is an ideology with a plan for world domination."
