Asked for room transfer but said that they were fully booked and did a "general" cleaning of the room. But to find out that bed bugs are not only on bed but on the headboard as well!

Horrible experience!눇The only good thing about this hotel is the location. 눇the security guard that doubled as bellhop was very helpfulWe booked and paid for 3 guests for 2 nights and free breakfast but only 2 were given vouchers. We had to pay for breakfast of the third guest. This was not the booking deal. 2. Room was set up for 2 guests only. Except for towels, every request for the 3rd guest was additional charge, i.e., pillows, complimentary bottled water, toiletries 3. For breakfast meals, Only the dried fish (danggit) was good. Coffee tasted like flavoured water눇Bed ok 눉Keycard defective wasnt able to enter room and have to wait.
Service came and told us card is broken and will just have to call the desk for assistance in opening.눇Room is clean 눉We were not accommodated on early check-in instead they offered us a higher rate, which I believe its the same room. Also upon check in, we waited for almost 30 minutes, to think that we checked-in past 2pm. It seems that they just cleaned the room upon our arrival.눇Spa 눉I didn't like that when I asked for a queen size bed they said that that is not what I paid for. I didn't like that they only provide 1 pillow and when I asked for extra pillows I have to pay for it. I didn't like that when I asked for ice, I was told that the bar was closed and when I got mad with the answer they said that they will ask the staff yo get from the back and came back an hour later after I followed up on the request. I didn't like that the bar closed at 10 pm. I didn't like that late check-out is only up to 12:30. Check out is at 12.눇We like the location.
We like that there's a spa.
