The Gateway Shopping Precinct – Opening this November! The Gateway Shopping Precinct is at the entry of Alkimos Beach, just off Marmion Avenue, directly opposite St James’ Anglican School. The first stage is now complete and IGA Shopping Centre will begin trading on Friday 4th November 2016! Join us on the 19th November 2016 for the official opening street fair, including sausage sizzle, live entertainment and lots of fun activities for the kids. Stage 1 of The Gateway Shopping Precinct will offer a diverse range of amenities and services for local residents including: Take a drive to Alkimos Beach and you will notice that even more stages are already under construction. The Child Care Centre, Medical Centre and Child Play facility and café are all under construction, opening in 2017. Further stages are planned to include a gym, a tavern, restaurant, and a range of other services and general retail. Please note that service offerings are subject to change.

It's equipped with a kiosk and can cater for business meetings, launch events and training sessions with built in multimedia and a choice of spaces available to cater for up to 70 people. Sprout also offers a hot desk facility for home based businesses and people who work from home. Not for profit groups can book hot desks at no charge.
