I have never done business with them, but I've been receiving phone calls for about 3 months now looking for a specific person. After repeatedly telling them I am NOT this person, I'm still being called. Last night I received a phone call from one of their employees telling me personal information about the lady they're looking for and proceeded to accuse me and cuss me out. After calling JEFF MACK today I am still VERY dissatisfied by the way he handled things. He was rushing me off the phone and didn't even ask for the phone number the employee called me from to take care of the situation. His half-assed, less than sincere apology could've been way better, and I'd say he needs some work with his customer service skills.
